Shipping

We currently deliver within the UK only. Delivery is free on orders over £50; orders under £50 have a flat £3.95 delivery charge. Standard delivery takes [3–5 working days].

All orders are sent tracked, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 14-day returns on all unworn pieces in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are final sale, as each is created specifically for you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10 working days] of us receiving your return.

Extended Warranty

The Extended Warranty is an optional add-on at checkout (£35 per order). It covers every piece in that order for 2 years from the delivery date.

What's covered: manufacturing defects, such as loose or missing stones, faulty clasps, hooks or closures, and failed settings or joins.

What's not covered: normal wear to the finish or plating (including fading and tarnish), damage from accidents or misuse, contact with perfume, water, chemicals or heavy sweat, and loss or theft.

What we'll do: repair the piece, or replace it with the same or a similar piece if it can't be repaired. We'll pay to return it to you.

To make a claim: contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll confirm and tell you where to send it.

The Extended Warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.
